Reflections of Empowerment
15 Min Video Installation in collaboration with Maxima Caram exhibited at NoLimitsArtCastle for the group show 'Artist Sex Worker Artist Show' accompanied with a live performance featuring Aryelle Freeman commissioned by Sexy Land and Stichting Captain Hoek on invitation of Jan Hoek.
'Reflections of Empowerment' explores the multifaceted lives of sex workers. It begins with a tribute to the late Sabrina Houston, a trans woman killed while working, and delves into the legislative and political climates impacting sex workers. The work celebrates the holy whore archetype, body positivity, and the empowering, creative aspects of sex work.

Don't Clap for Crap
concept & dramaturgie: Vincent Riebeek with: Nica Rosés
supported by: Live Long Burning (AT) co-production: Veem House for Performance (NL), Arsenic
(CH) Divert (HR) production: Dansco
'Don't Clap for Crap' is a revival of Kein Applaus für Scheisse, cult classic, first performed by Florentina Holzinger* and Vincent Riebeek in 2010, now with Nica Rosès. This new interpretation grapples with notions of trust, sisterhood and love between the duo, and also between the duo and the audience, as an invitation to share a way of being in the world that perhaps only the theatre allows us to experience.

Project Info Video Trailer Tech Rider.
'Uchronia' explores the origins of dance and humanity by reimagining creation stories. Using collages and tableaux vivants, the performers invite the audience to envision new possibilities. The piece starts with the origin of the world, questioning: what if God were a trans woman? Would our movements change with a different understanding of our origins?
This leads to a journey through human evolution, free from normative rules. Uchronia, meaning "no time" and related to utopia, aims to forge a desired future. It is also a call for radical self-love, urging everyone to own their body.
